Easy Everyday Workout

I've grown up around exercise my whole life. My mom and aunt teach yoga at a studio called The Inner Path in LaGrange GA. I recently have been working out at a place called Clockwork Performance Training which is also in LaGrange. This workout is an easy workout that you could do every day and won't take up much time of your day. 

First is cardio and its a thing called Tabata and for those of you that don't know what that is you do 4 different moves for 30 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in between each step. I usually do about 6-8 rounds of this. The moves are listed below. 

1. squats 

2. jumping jacks

3. pushups

4. burpees

The next thing I do is Abbs. For this, I have been doing a thing I picked up at Clockwork PT. Its called the plank series and what you do is hold plank for 30 seconds in the middle, left and right side. I typically do this for 3 rounds.
